g3jl Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and g3jl ("g3jl," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at g3jl.cam ("the Platform").

g3jl provides online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and associated gaming services to registered users in the Philippines and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including all games, promotional offers, account management features, customer support interactions, and financial transactions conducted through g3jl.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the g3jl Platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person of full legal capacity and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party in relation to any account activity, wager, or financial transaction;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of g3jl or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the g3jl Platform or any affiliated platform;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule binding upon you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

g3jl reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of the first withdrawal request, or at any point during the lifecycle of your account. g3jl may request government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation as required. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

The g3jl Platform is designed and operated primarily for Filipino players in the Philippines. Access to and use of certain features of the Platform may be restricted or unavailable in particular jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. g3jl makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside the Philippines.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on g3jl, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the g3jl Platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or through a third party, is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. g3jl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or SMS.

You agree to notify g3jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. g3jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from any unauthorised use of your account prior to your notification to g3jl.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to g3jl during registration and throughout the duration of your account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds where permitted by applicable law.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the g3jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). g3jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your g3jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards issued in a third party's name, or anonymous payment instruments are not permitted. g3jl reserves the right to return deposits to their source if this condition is not met and to suspend your account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in your account. Withdrawal requests to payment methods that differ from the deposit method may require additional verification. g3jl processes standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, typically within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

g3jl is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") regulations. g3jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. g3jl may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programmes

g3jl may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your g3jl account are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

g3jl reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where g3jl has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers solely for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, or using automated systems to participate in promotions.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

g3jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus credits already accepted by a player in good faith prior to such modification.

6 Gaming Rules & Player Conduct

All games available on the g3jl Platform are subject to specific game rules, which are published within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

6.1 Game Integrity

All players agree to participate in games fairly and in good faith. The use of any automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, scripts, or other electronic devices designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited. g3jl employs technical and human monitoring systems to detect and prevent unfair play.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, g3jl reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the corresponding wager amount to your account balance. g3jl shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a verified technical error.

6.3 Disconnections

g3jl shall not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures on the player's side. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing wagers, particularly on live dealer games where in-play decisions are time-sensitive.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating more than one registered account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using the Platform if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or theft;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.2 of these Terms;
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party using a g3jl account registered in your name;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sports event outcomes in connection with bets placed on g3jl.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the g3jl Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of g3jl or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of g3jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g3jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

g3jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your g3jl account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by g3jl's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

g3jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Unreasonable, abusive, or threatening behaviour directed toward g3jl staff;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request;
• Extended period of account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than confirmed fraud, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of required verification procedures. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms may be subject to forfeiture of funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may request the voluntary closure of your g3jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their outcomes and resulting funds credited to your account balance before the final withdrawal is processed.

12 Amendments to These Terms

g3jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, g3jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the g3jl Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and g3jl, you agree to first contact the g3jl customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent g3jl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
